About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead accounting execution and financial reporting for recently acquired companies and strategic transactions
- Serve as the accounting subject matter expert throughout the transaction lifecycle, from due diligence to post-close integration
- Provide day-to-day oversight of acquired companies
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP and SOX control requirements
- Develop and implement scalable processes across newly acquired entities
- Partner closely with New Venture, FP&A, Tax, Legal, external advisors, and acquired company finance teams
Requirements
- Extensive experience in M&A accounting and financial reporting
- Deep expertise in US GAAP
- Strong understanding of SOX control requirements
- Proven ability to manage post-acquisition integration processes
