Senior Logistics Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Ensure teams execute processes according to work instructions to maintain high levels of Safety, 5S, and productivity
• Manage daily routines to maintain operational indicators at peak excellence and ensure execution of production plans
• Guarantee package processing follows FIFO (First In, First Out) to meet "Out on Time" delivery targets
• Act as a change agent by implementing process improvements to leverage operational performance
• Establish effective communication between support and operational areas to ensure teamwork
• Create and evaluate team indicators to identify opportunities for sharing best practices with peers

Requirements

• Completed higher education degree in Exact Sciences, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields
• Proven experience in Distribution Center operational routines or transport operations
• Experience in people management
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Availability to work in Cascavel, Paraná, from Monday to Saturday (08:00 to 16:20)

Preferred Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree in a relevant field
• Proficiency in Power BI or the creation of management dashboards
• Knowledge of TMS, YMS, or LMS systems
