Senior Logistics Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, shipping, handling, and distribution for multiple clients.
• Manage client inventory through daily cycle counts and physical inventory checks.
• Lead daily team huddles to communicate tasks, priorities, and operational challenges.
• Delegate workloads to account supervisors and leads to ensure scalable operations.
• Oversee HR administrative matters, including recruitment, performance management, and staffing needs.
• Communicate regularly with clients to resolve issues and participate in business reviews.
• Monitor and implement metrics to measure individual and departmental performance.
• Review labor management reports to align staffing costs with client needs and branch metrics.
• Enforce corporate policies and safety standards in compliance with OSHA and ISO requirements.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a 3PL warehouse environment.
• 4+ years of experience supervising teams and projects within a 3PL setting.
• Proven experience supervising shipping, receiving, picking, packing, and distribution operations.
• Experience in direct customer communication and relationship management.
• Proficiency using labor management tools and reports.
• Intermediate skills in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Forklift certification or related logistics certifications.

Preferred Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience using WMS and Cargowise software.
• Bilingual capabilities.
