Senior Logistics Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project logistics performance, including import/export processes, container and breakbulk shipments, air freight, and over-the-road transportation
• Interface with internal and external customers to ensure all project expectations are met
• Develop comprehensive transport plans and manage project logistics budgets
• Report on logistics market conditions and provide regular outlook updates
• Promote a Zero Harm culture with all vendors, clients, and colleagues

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in logistics activities specifically for EPC projects
• Proven experience managing container and breakbulk ocean freight
• Expertise in domestic and international transportation, heavy haul, and customs clearance
• Experience with the commercial management of logistics budgets
• Ability to travel both internationally and domestically as required

Preferred Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Maritime Administration, logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field
• Proficiency in speaking Mandarin or Spanish
