Senior Logistics Assistant

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor material demand via MRP system to ensure component availability for production
• Monitor inventory, coverage, consumption, and replenishment needs to identify supply risks
• Follow up and confirm deliveries with national and international suppliers
• Act as the primary contact for suppliers to align schedules, priorities, and resolve operational deviations
• Perform daily follow-up of open orders to ensure deadline compliance
• Support monitoring of supplier logistics indicators such as OTD, lead time, and stock coverage
• Update and maintain data integrity within the SAP ERP system
• Prepare operational reports, controls, and presentations
• Support root cause analysis for supply deviations and implement corrective actions
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for inventory reduction and process simplification

Requirements

• Degree (ongoing or completed) in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Administration, Logistics, or Foreign Trade
• Advanced English for written communication and document reading
• Experience in Material Planning and Supply Chain
• Knowledge of MRP (Material Requirements Planning)
• Knowledge of inventory management and supply processes
• Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably SAP
• Intermediate Excel (formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis)
• Proficiency in PowerPoint for presentations

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Power BI
• Knowledge of logistics and supplier indicators
• Basic knowledge of import/export processes and Incoterms
• Previous experience in an industrial environment or supply chain
