Senior L&OD Specialist

Responsibilities

• Design and implement learning and development programs aligned with organizational goals and capability frameworks
• Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) using data-driven insights and stakeholder consultation
• Facilitate engaging training sessions, workshops, and learning interventions using modern instructional methods
• Manage and optimize Learning Management System (LMS) operations and reporting
• Support the design and improvement of HR frameworks, including performance management and competency frameworks
• Contribute to talent review, succession planning, and high-potential employee development
• Support change management initiatives through communication, training, and engagement activities
• Analyze organizational data to identify trends and recommend improvements for culture and engagement

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in L&D, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in L&D and OD functions
• Proven experience in HR projects related to capability development or talent management
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and organizational development practices
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills to generate actionable insights
• English proficiency (Upper-Intermediate or above)
• Excellent stakeholder management, consulting, and presentation skills
