Senior Localization Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day localization operations and production oversight across multiple language workstreams.
• Ensure project milestones, delivery timelines, and operational priorities are met consistently.
• Provide operational guidance, prioritization, and mentoring to Project Managers.
• Collaborate with linguists to monitor quality trends, terminology, and consistency.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to communicate risks, issues, and delivery updates.
• Maintain and update trackers for delivery status, workload movement, and quality data.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and operational best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Localization, IT, Process Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in localization or project management.
• Proven experience managing multi-language localization workflows.
• Experience guiding or supporting Project Managers in an operational environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Proficiency in data tracking and reporting to monitor trends and drive decision-making.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior onsite experience in a localization environment.
• Experience with localization tools and workflows.
• Strong Hindi language knowledge for engaging with linguists on quality and terminology.
• Familiarity with AI/LLM tools for productivity and automation in localization operations.
