Senior Loan Processor

Responsibilities

• Review and process auto lending applications with accuracy and adherence to policies
• Verify customer income, insurance documentation, and payoff quotes
• Navigate large operational queues and prioritize high-priority applications
• Identify workflow gaps or operational issues and escalate findings
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on operational improvements and new product launches
• Provide feedback to improve internal tooling and process scalability

Requirements

• 9+ months of experience in loan processing, financial operations, or auto lending support
• Experience reviewing financial documents and verification materials
• Proven ability to meet productivity and quality metrics in high-volume environments
• Experience using case management systems or operational dashboards
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a queue-based environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of auto refinance, indirect auto lending, or secured lending products
• Ability to identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements
• Skills in analyzing application data for abnormalities or inconsistencies
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams for operational changes
• Effective communication skills for supporting internal and external stakeholders
