Senior Loan Officer

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain client referral relationships with Realtors, Builders, Developers, CPAs, and Financial Planners
• Develop new business and retain existing customers through proactive outreach
• Monitor local real estate market trends and competitor activities
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory regulations and FNMA, FHLMC, and FHA guidelines
• Coordinate customer interaction from application to closing, including counseling and pre-qualifying homebuyers
• Oversee the loan process by monitoring status and ensuring conformity with terms
• Collect necessary support documents and communicate loan status to all interested parties
• Adhere to organizational procedures for loan processing and state licensing requirements

Requirements

• 5 years of residential mortgage origination experience
• College degree or high school diploma
• Strong knowledge of basic lending and credit markets
• Proficiency with computers and mathematical aptitude
• Excellent oral, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet time deadlines
• Strong problem-solving, analysis, and time management skills
