Senior LN Development and Integration Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of custom solutions within Infor LN
• Develop and maintain LN extensions, BDE’s, custom program scripts and custom tables
• Migrate LN extensions, custom program scripts, and ION developments to LN CE
• Lead API and middleware integration developments using Infor ION
• Design and implement integration solutions between Infor LN, ION, and third-party systems (CRM, WMS, MES, etc.)
• Establish development, code, and integration standards and governance frameworks
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to ERP team members and conduct code reviews

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 7+ years of experience with Infor LN/Baan ERP development
• 3+ years of experience in a technical leadership or lead developer role
• Deep knowledge of Infor LN/Baan development environment and data dictionary
• Experience with LN session customization and custom program script development
• Proficiency with Infor ION and LN web services (SOAP, REST APIs)
• Ability to work with geographically distributed teams across multiple time zones

Preferred Qualifications

• Infor LN/Baan & Infor OS development certification
• Experience with Infor Ming.le, Infor OS, and cloud-based LN environments
• Experience working in Manufacturing, Defense, or Aerospace industries
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills
