Senior LLM Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build Finn, the first AI-powered wealth manager
• Design and own core backend infrastructure, including multi-agent LLM architecture for financial reasoning and simulations
• Develop systems to allow LLMs to interpret and act on massive financial datasets at scale
• Push boundaries in autonomous financial planning and market-aware agentic systems
• Collaborate with frontend, design, and founding teams to craft user experiences

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a backend engineer developing production-level systems
• Experience with LLM models and AI-driven systems
• Proficiency in Node, TypeScript, Python, Postgres, and AWS
• Proven ability to architect complex distributed systems using Kafka, Redis, or Kubernetes
• Experience solving performance and optimization problems
• Ability to build new systems from scratch and iterate quickly in a startup environment
