Responsibilities

• Work with internal AI to manage and curate premium lifestyle experiences for members
• Manage relationships and secure reservations for premium dining, luxury goods, and wellness
• Anticipate the evolving needs of high-achieving individuals through proactive suggestions
• Cultivate deep knowledge of trends in premium and bespoke services
• Provide feedback to Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to drive AI improvements

Requirements

• Experience in relationship building and managing premium clientele
• Deep lifestyle knowledge and network, ideally in London
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities
• Proactive problem-solving skills and high conscientiousness
• Clear and concise communication skills
• Passion for the premium lifestyle ecosystem and well-being
