About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle marketing strategy across all customer touchpoints, from onboarding to churn prevention and win-backs.
  • Create and optimize multi-channel campaigns (Email, SMS) focused on increasing customer retention, CLV, and overall engagement.
  • Segment the customer base using behavioral, demographic, and transactional data to deliver highly personalized messaging.
  • Manage, build, and scale automated workflows and AI-assisted campaigns in Klaviyo to guide customers through the funnel.
  • Develop reporting dashboards to track key metrics such as retention, churn, and customer lifetime value (CLV).
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Data Analytics, and Customer Success teams to drive impactful, cross-functional campaigns.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in DTC or B2C Lifecycle Marketing at scale.
  • Expert-level proficiency with Klaviyo, including building sophisticated automated flows.
  • Proven experience with CRM strategy and automation (Klaviyo, Braze, Salesforce, or HubSpot).
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience running A/B tests and optimizing based on funnel performance.
  • Proficiency with Figma, Designmodo Postcards, or equivalent design/content creation tools.
  • Experience working in startup or scale-up environments.
  • Ability to work on-site in Toronto, Ontario.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with HTML or light coding for email customization.
  • A design or creative background with the ability to produce brand-consistent content.
  • Familiarity with AI marketing tools or automated agents.
  • Deep understanding of customer psychology and retention levers within healthtech or e-commerce.
