Senior Level Staff Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, planning, and execution of employee-related activities and staffing initiatives
• Serve as the primary focal for staffing demand planning to prepare for production rate changes
• Partner with organizational leaders on long-range strategies, goals, and implementation recommendations
• Analyze and summarize data regarding budgets, workforce levels, training requirements, and facility needs
• Develop executive-level briefings and presentation materials for daily tier meetings
• Lead the design, logistics, and facilitation of large meetings and events
• Manage meeting agendas, document minutes, track action items, and ensure timely follow-ups
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, suppliers, and partners to meet changing business needs

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
• 5+ years of experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis, and presenting findings
• Experience with cross-functional communication and performance reporting
• Experience in facilitating meetings and presenting to senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Experience supporting staffing and hiring initiatives
