Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and register new applicants
• Book and carry out property viewings
• Negotiate and agree tenancies
• Support the Branch Manager in maximizing branch profit
• Deliver exceptional customer service over the phone and face-to-face
• Achieve personal and branch sales targets
• Build strong internal and external relationships

Requirements

• Prior experience working as a residential Lettings Consultant
• Excellent sales and negotiation ability
• High level of customer service skills
• Positive attitude and good telephone manner
• Tenacious self-starter with the drive to succeed
• Full UK driving license
