Senior Lending Associate Operations

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day delivery of critical lending operations processes, including loan administration and servicing activities.
• Execute routine tasks such as service requests, transactions, and queries within established service level agreements (SLAs).
• Gather and format data into regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards.
• Perform administrative tasks including the distribution, collection, and filing of documentation.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in accordance with standard procedures and escalate issues when necessary.
• Data enter, review, and verify loan information and documentation for processing.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver on business objectives and improve existing systems and processes.
• Maintain an understanding of regulatory requirements and risks to ensure operational integrity and compliance.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in lending or financial operations.
• Post-secondary degree in a related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of risk and regulatory requirements within a banking environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
