Senior Legal Counsel - Consumer Law and Digital Services Regulation

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice to business, production, and customer service teams on consumer law, advertising, e-commerce, and player protection
• Support large-scale projects from conception through launch and evolution
• Respond to inquiries from regulatory authorities and consumer protection associations
• Draft and modify B2C contracts including terms of use and terms of sale
• Monitor legal and regulatory developments regarding digital services, dark patterns, and online player safety
• Conduct industry best practice monitoring within the gaming and tech sectors

Requirements

• Previous experience as a lawyer or legal counsel with expertise in consumer law
• Experience in digital, entertainment, or video game sectors within an international context
• Perfect fluency in English (written and oral)
• Strong analytical skills and ability to provide actionable solutions to operational teams
• Deep interest in the video game industry and its digital evolutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of US law (federal and state)
• Knowledge of intellectual property law
• Project management experience
