Senior Legal Counsel, Commercial Law and Telecommunications

Responsibilities

• Provide advisory services to internal clients of Québecor Média subsidiaries regarding commercial, telecommunications, and IT matters
• Review, draft, and negotiate various agreements such as procurement contracts and software agreements
• Participate in special projects related to procurement, telecommunications, and artificial intelligence operations

Requirements

• Member of the Barreau du Québec
• Minimum 5 years of experience in intellectual property, business, and technology law
• Strong negotiation and commercial contract drafting skills
• Ability to work autonomously and manage priorities in a dynamic environment
• Intermediate proficiency in English (spoken and written)
