Senior Legal Counsel - Business & Contracts

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of contracts with private and public clients, partners, and suppliers
• Support internal teams (Sales, Product, Procurement, Care) with a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach
• Collaborate with Product teams on new projects and product launches, including the drafting of Terms and Conditions (CGV)
• Provide legal expertise in commercial law, contract law, public procurement, consumer law, and intellectual property
• Evolve contractual documentation to meet growth, readability, and operational efficiency needs
• Manage pre-litigation and litigation matters within your scope
• Promote a business-friendly legal culture throughout the organization

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of in-house legal experience, with a strong focus on contract drafting
• Proven experience working within the technology industry
• Fluent English skills
• Strong rigor, team spirit, and ability to take initiative
• High adaptability to new environments and tools
• Strong business orientation with a focus on providing actionable recommendations
