Senior Leaves and Accommodations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Oversee and administer all types of employee leave programs including FMLA, ADA, and state-specific leaves
• Partner with Payroll to ensure accurate pay for employees on leave in conjunction with various paid leave plans
• Act as the main point of contact for leave vendors and third-party administrators
• Review, process, and track leave requests for accuracy and compliance
• Collaborate with employees and managers to manage ADA accommodation requests through interactive discussions
• Stay current on federal and state leave and accommodation laws to ensure policy alignment
• Provide guidance and training to employees, managers, and HR Business Partners
• Generate reports and metrics related to leave usage and accommodation requests

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR with a focus on leave management and accommodations
• In-depth knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and federal/state leave laws
• Proficiency in Workday or other HRIS systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
