Senior Learning Solutions Consultant

Responsibilities

• Lead learning discovery conversations to understand business goals, audience needs, and desired outcomes.
• Advise stakeholders on effective learning approaches, including custom development, blended solutions, or existing content.
• Translate complex business challenges into practical, scalable learning requirements and solutions.
• Partner with internal design, development, LMS, and communications teams to guide initiatives from intake through rollout.
• Coordinate custom learning development requests and manage dependencies across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Leverage LMS platforms to recommend appropriate solutions and support learner access and program deployment.
• Build and coordinate communication plans for learning launches and stakeholder updates.

Requirements

• 8–12 years of experience in learning consulting, workforce capability development, or L&D program management.
• Proven experience supporting learning or technical training initiatives within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence leaders and subject matter experts.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across design, delivery, and LMS workstreams.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Working familiarity with LMS platforms and their role in learning delivery.
• Ability to work hybrid (2–3 days onsite) in Noida or Pune and align with UK/European business hours.
