About the role

Responsibilities

  • Conduct training needs assessments across business units to identify skill gaps and development opportunities
  • Design and develop tailored training curricula, content, and materials for technical and soft skills
  • Plan, schedule, and administer the annual training calendar and manage end-to-end logistics
  • Manage the annual L&D budget and implement evaluation frameworks to assess training effectiveness and ROI
  • Research and implement e-learning initiatives, digital learning platforms, and authoring tools
  • Maintain and manage the Learning Management System (LMS), including course catalog and reporting
  • Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with external training providers and consultants
  • Organize learning events and manage the company's internship program
  • Lead cross-functional L&D projects such as leadership development and digital platform rollouts

Requirements

  • 5-6 years of experience in Learning and Development or Human Resources
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
