Senior Learning & Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the multi-year global L&D strategy, aligning leadership and functional capabilities with enterprise talent priorities.
• Lead AI-enabled learning design by implementing workflows for content generation, localization, and adaptive learning.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, translating performance gaps into effective behavior-change solutions.
• Operationalize learning analytics to track business impact, using data to iterate design and optimize investments.
• Manage global programs, external vendors, and budgets across multi-region portfolios.
• Lead and develop a team of L&D professionals, fostering AI fluency and data literacy.
• Ensure compliance with accessibility standards, data privacy, and global governance requirements.

Requirements

• University Degree in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, HR, or Business.
• 8–12+ years of experience in L&D or OD with a proven track record of global program leadership.
• Demonstrated experience in AI-enabled learning design and establishing AI guardrails/toolkits.
• Strong experience in consultative stakeholder management within matrixed, multicultural environments.
• Proficiency in learning measurement, analytics, and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience in vendor management and overseeing significant departmental budgets.
• Expertise in learning science, change management, and instructional design methods.
