Senior Learning Consultant

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on assessment best practices and Mastery Connect usage
• Support customer vision for Instructure tools and products
• Develop assessment strategies including instructional approaches and student experience
• Create professional development materials and adoption resources
• Provide expertise in Mastery Connect administration and Canvas LMS integration
• Coach staff and build capacity for institution experts through targeted consulting
• Review data to sustain growth and set future goals

Requirements

• At least five years of Instructure product experience, specifically Mastery Connect and Canvas
• At least one year of experience with other Instructure tools
• At least three years of teaching experience in a digital learning environment
• At least one year of experience building professional development for educators
• Experience leading change and rolling out technology platforms to large organizations
• Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Technology or equivalent
• Ability to work 5 days per week onsite in Charleston, SC

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Educational Leadership or Instructional Technology
• Experience in an educational leadership position overseeing LMS support teams
