Responsibilities

• Design and deliver comprehensive training curriculum for new hires and leadership development
• Develop and facilitate high-impact leadership training modules
• Act as the primary administrator for the Learning Management System (LMS)
• Partner with department heads to identify skills gaps and build training interventions
• Produce high-quality training assets including video tutorials and technical manuals
• Collaborate with the People Team on technical onboarding integration
• Define and track KPIs to measure training effectiveness and impact
• Stay ahead of industry trends to ensure internal enablement remains cutting-edge

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in internal enablement or L&D
• Experience within a high-growth technology or hardware environment
• Proven ability to learn complex technical systems and translate them into instructional content
• Advanced experience managing and optimizing Learning Management Systems
• Strong facilitation and communication skills for diverse audiences
• Ability to build programs from the ground up in fast-paced environments
