Senior Learning Advisor

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and market a comprehensive Learning strategy that supports global functions and regulatory priorities.
• Conduct root cause and gap analyses to identify organizational learning needs and appropriate solutions.
• Serve as a strategic consultant and trusted partner to senior stakeholders within the Risk, Central Controls, and CBNA coverage areas.
• Measure the effectiveness and success of training interventions and communicate impact through data storytelling.
• Manage the learning budget for the assigned coverage area.
• Collaborate with Learning & Culture (L&C) peers and HR stakeholders to ensure an integrated and consistent employee experience.
• Ensure all learning products comply with enterprise standards, policies, and governance.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience in Learning and Development.
• Proven expertise in applying adult learning theory to business challenges.
• Strong consulting, facilitation, and project management skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to use data to tell a compelling story and measure learning impact.
• Strong business acumen and relationship management capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience navigating complex regulatory environments or large-scale financial institutions.
