Senior Lean Practitioner

Responsibilities

• Connect Lean principles, strategy, and execution to drive measurable results and continuous improvement
• Lead and facilitate complex, high-visibility process improvement efforts and Lean workshops
• Support and operationalize AI enablement efforts and integrate AI-driven insights into data processes
• Develop and deploy systematic approaches to capture, replicate, and standardize innovations and best practices
• Train and instruct others in continuous improvement tools, principles, and techniques
• Develop, update, and tailor instructional materials and playbooks for different audiences
• Improve and standardize enterprise policies, procedures, and operating practices

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience implementing Lean principles and driving culture transformation
• 5+ years of experience planning and facilitating Lean workshops (e.g., Kaizen, VSM, Process Mapping)
• Experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) technologies
• Experience researching and applying large language and generative AI models

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Project management certification
• Experience with business case development, stakeholder alignment, and benefits capture
