About the role
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and improve processes and implement LEAN Continuous Improvement Systems
- Develop projects, define implementation plans, and manage consolidation
- Drive business growth and identify new opportunities
- Perform Value Stream Mapping (VSM) for industrial and administrative processes
- Conduct LEAN methodology training for client teams
Requirements
- University degree in Engineering or Industrial Organization
- Proven career in industrial plants or production environments (e.g., Production Manager, Logistics Manager, Operational Excellence Specialist)
- C1 level English
- Advanced French
- Analytical thinking and structured approach
- Strong communication and client influence skills
