Senior Lean Consultant

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and improve processes through the implementation of LEAN Continuous Improvement Systems
• Develop projects, define implementation plans, and manage their consolidation
• Drive business growth and identify new opportunities
• Perform Value Stream Mapping (VSM) for industrial and administrative processes
• Conduct LEAN methodology training for client teams

Requirements

• University degree in Engineering or Industrial Organization
• Proven career in industrial plants or production environments (e.g., Production Manager, Logistics Manager, or Operational Excellence Specialist)
• Minimum C1 level of English
• Advanced level of French
• Analytical capacity and structured thinking
• Ability to communicate and influence clients
