Responsibilities

• Provide the leadership and management necessary to secure high-quality teaching and learning
• Raise standards of achievement across the academy
• Implement and maintain strategic and operational decisions
• Role model the Federation's vision and values

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant Degree
• NPQH (National Professional Qualification for Headship) or a relevant further degree
• Proven track record of school improvement and raising attainment in urban, multi-ethnic environments
• Expertise in curriculum development and monitoring/evaluation strategies
• Strong communication skills with the ability to inspire staff, students, and parents
