Responsibilities
- Provide the leadership and management necessary to secure high-quality teaching and learning

- Implement and maintain strategic and operational decisions
- Role model the Federation's vision and values
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant Degree
- NPQH (National Professional Qualification for Headship) or a relevant further degree
- Proven track record of school improvement and raising attainment in urban, multi-ethnic environments
- Expertise in curriculum development and monitoring/evaluation strategies
- Strong communication skills with the ability to inspire staff, students, and parents
