• Help scale high-performing teams and navigate critical growth phases
• Deliver at the frontier of emerging AI technology

Requirements

• Experience building and scaling high-performing teams
• Background in engineering, research, operations, or organizational leadership
• Proven track record in high-growth or deep tech environments
• Ability to thrive in a high-pace, high-intensity organization

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as a founder or early executive at an ambitious company
• C-suite leadership experience
• Technical leadership experience shipping novel AI systems
• Operational experience in high-stakes, high-velocity environments
