Senior Lead - Technology Risk and Control – Emerging Technology Risk

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of emerging technology risk assessments, focusing on AI, cloud, SaaS, and data-driven platforms.
• Evaluate control design and operating effectiveness to ensure emerging technology use cases are secure and compliant.
• Identify and articulate systemic technology risks, including root causes and business impacts, to senior stakeholders.
• Serve as a risk advisor to technology leaders, architects, and process owners to strengthen control maturity.
• Oversee the technology risk treatment lifecycle, including risk identification, assessment, and monitoring of remediation efforts.
• Support regulatory exams, internal audits, and independent risk assessments related to emerging technologies.
• Monitor emerging technology regulatory developments and assess their impact on enterprise risk expectations.

Requirements

• 10-12 years of experience in Technology Risk, Cyber Risk, Cloud Risk, or related disciplines.
• Demonstrable experience with enterprise-level accountability.
• Exposure to AI systems, cloud platforms, and complex digital architectures within regulated environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CCSK, or CRISC.
