Senior Lead, Tech and Product Communications

Responsibilities

• Own Ramp's technical and product narrative, translating complex work like AI infrastructure into stories for engineers and CFOs
• Build and run a launch engine in collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Marketing
• Develop and manage relationships with journalists, creators, and industry voices
• Prepare executives and subject matter experts for media and speaking engagements
• Build and manage an Analyst Relations (AR) program to earn strong positioning in core categories
• Integrate analyst insights into communications, product marketing, and product development
• Build custom AI tools and workflows to enhance team productivity

Requirements

• Experience in tech and product communications at a high-growth or AI-native company
• Genuine fluency in AI and active use of AI tools in professional workflows
• Ability to move at high velocity in an experimental environment
• Exceptional writing skills that are clear, concise, and human

• Deep interest in the convergence of AI and finance
• Experience building or reinventing a communications function from the ground up
