Senior Lead Solutions Engineer

Responsibilities

• Drive major team projects and OKRs, acting as a lead for complex customer launches requiring high-level technical strategy.
• Own the full lifecycle of the largest, most complex strategic implementations with minimal guidance.
• Act as the primary technical liaison and "go-to" person for leadership, high-value clients, and external vendors during high-stakes escalations.
• Mentor and coach Solutions Engineers through structured feedback, code reviews, and knowledge sharing on agentic development.
• Influence the Solutions Engineering roadmap by identifying gaps in tools and processes and proposing high-velocity improvements.
• Represent the SE function in cross-departmental initiatives with Product and Engineering to ensure long-term scalability.

Requirements

• 7+ years in Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management, or a similar high-level technical role.
• Mastery of technical and programming fundamentals, including proficiency in agentic development.
• Ability to navigate complex data architectures.
• Proven track record of managing multiple large-scale, high-complexity workstreams simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate context to executive-level stakeholders.
• B.S. in a technical field or equivalent professional experience.
