Senior Lead Software Engineer - React Native

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Create and maintain clean, efficient, and reusable codebase
• Conduct thorough testing to ensure robustness and reliability of applications
• Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure smooth application functionality
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide progress updates
• Mentor junior developers through guidance and code reviews
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for development processes and workflows

Requirements

• Proficiency in React framework
• Experience building applications using React Native with TypeScript or JavaScript
• Native application development experience across Android/iOS using Kotlin or Swift
• Understanding of REST APIs and GraphQL
• Ability to write testable, clean JavaScript code
• Experience with modern React features like Suspense and Hooks
• Proficiency in end-to-end testing using Detox, Appium, WebdriverIO, or Playwright
• Extensive experience in modern web development, responsive design, and performance optimization
• Hands-on experience with design systems and component libraries

Preferred Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in JavaScript concepts
• Strong knowledge of ES6+ syntax
• Familiarity with writing unit tests
• Ability to work in a dynamic, agile, and geographically distributed team environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
