Senior Lead Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and implement platform services and infrastructure across public cloud environments
• Own the full Software Development Lifecycle, including automating CI/CD pipelines
• Write, review, debug, and maintain secure, high-quality production code
• Lead design reviews and architecture discussions to improve technical quality
• Collaborate with partner teams to evaluate and scale tooling and agentic AI development practices
• Drive operational excellence through automation
• Coach and mentor engineers on code quality and testing discipline
• Communicate technical decisions and business value to diverse audiences

Requirements

• Formal training or certification in software engineering
• Strong hands-on delivery experience in software engineering
• Practical cloud-native experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Expertise in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Go, Python)
• Demonstrated ownership of SDLC and CI/CD automation
• Experience using and evaluating agentic AI development tools
• Leadership experience in technical direction and coaching
• Strong communication and empathetic leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in Java, Go, and/or Python
• Experience with Specification Driven Development or Behavior Driven Development
• Hands-on experience with agentic development methodologies
• DevOps experience across the delivery pipeline
• Background in financial services or heavily regulated environments
• Professional cloud certification (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Experience contributing to developer platforms or internal tooling
