Senior Lead Software Engineer, Full Stack

Responsibilities

• Own technical delivery on active engagements, including writing production code, making architecture decisions, and conducting code reviews
• Lead small teams of engineers (2–5) through engagement delivery, setting technical direction and removing blockers
• Decompose complex, ambiguous problems into practical implementations with clear milestones
• Rapidly onboard to unfamiliar codebases and domains to deliver high-impact work under compressed timelines
• Build trusted relationships with engineering managers and tech leads across multiple stakeholder teams
• Mentor engineers on engagement teams to support technical growth and engineering excellence
• Operate in a SWAT-style model, transitioning between high-priority initiatives across different domains

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 6 years of experience in software engineering
• At least 1 year of experience with cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud)

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree
• 9+ years of experience in JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, Python, or Go
• 5+ years of experience with AWS
• 4+ years of experience in open source frameworks
• 2+ years of experience in Agile practices
• Experience with distributed microservices, serverless architectures, or event-driven systems
• Demonstrated ability to deliver production-quality work in compressed timelines
• Experience leveraging interactive AI tooling to accelerate productivity
