Senior Lead Software Engineer, Full Stack

Responsibilities

• Drive the technical vision and long-term roadmap for Enterprise Architecture tooling to manage application health, compliance, and governance.
• Design and champion enterprise-wide architectural patterns using AI-driven solutions to enforce real-time governance and risk management.
• Pioneer modern paradigms including event-driven architectures, mesh data topologies, and next-gen cloud-native designs.
• Oversee the architectural design, testing, deployment, and optimization of critical distributed systems and microservices.
• Maintain hands-on technical expertise by writing code, conducting architecture reviews, and creating proofs-of-concept (PoCs).
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineering teams, data scientists, and risk partners.
• Mentor the broader engineering community to elevate technical standards and drive open-source contributions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• At least 6 years of experience in software engineering.
• At least 1 year of experience with cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud).

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s Degree.
• 9+ years of experience with Golang and Python.
• 4+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, or Microsoft Azure.
• 4+ years of experience in open source frameworks.
• Experience leveraging interactive AI tooling to accelerate productivity.
