Senior Lead Software Engineer – Agentic SDLC & AI Engineer

Responsibilities

• Champion the adoption of Agentic SDLC (ADLC) practices by integrating AI-powered coding assistants and LLM agent frameworks into engineering workflows.
• Lead technical enablement through workshops, documentation, and best practices to accelerate the use of modern development tools.
• Drive the integration of automated testing, CI/CD, and resiliency engineering, including chaos engineering and fault injection.
• Analyze usage data, telemetry, and prompt logs to identify adoption blockers and measure the impact of ADLC initiatives.
• Partner with engineering leads, product managers, and platform teams to identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Distill complex AI concepts for both engineers and executives through technical writing, documentation, and storytelling.
• Ensure all solutions adhere to security, compliance, and operational excellence standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of applied software engineering experience with a strong background in modern SDLC practices.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Deep experience with LLM agent frameworks and AI-native IDEs (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code).
• Expertise in automated testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and resiliency engineering (chaos engineering, fault injection).
• Proven ability to mentor and influence engineering teams through technical enablement and workshops.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to produce high-quality technical documentation and blog posts.
• Experience working in cross-functional and distributed team environments.
