Senior Lead - SEO & AI Search

Responsibilities

• Lead SEO and generative AI (GEO) discoverability efforts for Sling TV and DISH's Pay TV business
• Own on-page SEO strategy, including content development, keyword research, and metadata optimization
• Optimize site structure, landing pages, and technical elements to drive organic traffic and conversions
• Partner cross-functionally with editorial, creative, web operations, and media teams to embed SEO best practices
• Conduct competitive analysis and keyword research using enterprise-level SEO tools
• Provide technical recommendations for canonicalization, redirect management, and robots directives
• Analyze and report on traffic, rankings, and site metrics to identify growth opportunities

Requirements

• 5+ years of direct SEO experience with a proven track record on enterprise-level, high-traffic domains (1M+ monthly sessions)
• Proficiency with AI observability and SEO tools such as SEMrush or Profound
• Strong experience with web and marketing analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
• Ability to work from the Denver-area office and willingness to travel up to 20%
