Senior Lead - Quality Platform Architect, GPU Software

Responsibilities

• Define and own the end-to-end test architecture and scalable automated test frameworks for C++-based libraries.
• Architect and manage CI/CD platforms using GitHub Actions or Jenkins to orchestrate builds, testing, and deployment.
• Drive the development of quality metrics and observability platforms, including SLAs, alerting, and engineering health dashboards.
• Design scalable ETL architectures for ingesting CI/test artifacts and serving data to reporting systems.
• Provide cross-functional technical leadership to align library developers, platform teams, and program management.
• Lead complex, cross-stack debugging and root cause analysis across kernel, library, and infrastructure layers.
• Evaluate and introduce innovative tools, including agentic AI, for CI orchestration and test generation.

Requirements

• B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in DevOps, CI/CD, quality engineering, or infrastructure engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience in a senior, lead, or architect capacity.
• Expert-level experience with GoogleTest (gtest) and C++ development and testing.
• Proven experience architecting CI/CD systems (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and managing multi-stage pipelines.
• Experience designing and operating ETL/data pipelines and observability platforms at scale.
• Strong experience with Docker or other containerization technologies.
• Proficiency with Git and working in both Windows and Linux-based environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ROCm/CUDA, HIP, or GPU compute stacks.
• Familiarity with pre-silicon simulation environments, emulators, or GPU kernel compilation workflows.
• Strong proficiency in performance-sensitive C++ code, including memory management and algorithms.
• Knowledge of observability patterns using tools like Grafana and Prometheus.
• Experience building developer tooling such as CLI tools or internal orchestration platforms.
