Senior Lead, Program Management, Manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the Manufacturing PMO, driving execution excellence and digital enablement across Global Manufacturing.
• Own the manufacturing transformation portfolio and MES digitization roadmap from discovery through deployment and sustainment.
• Lead high-impact programs by coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, IT, system integrators, and external partners.
• Define and embed project delivery standards, governance processes, and review cadences to ensure accountability.
• Establish and monitor program KPIs, providing executive reporting, risk management, and benefits tracking.
• Drive continuous improvement through manufacturing data insights to improve safety, quality, productivity, and yield.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in a manufacturing or engineering manager role.
• Proven experience leading digital transformation or operational excellence initiatives.
• Semiconductor industry experience or experience in equivalent complex manufacturing environments.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and drive measurable improvements.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2).
• Working knowledge of process-improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
