Senior Lead Product Manager, Enterprise

Responsibilities

• Set and evangelize a 2–3 year vision for Klaviyo’s Enterprise platform
• Translate company goals into clear OKRs and roadmaps to accelerate Enterprise adoption
• Represent the voice of large, global customers in strategic product discussions
• Deliver capabilities that unify customer data and enable real-time personalization
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Sales, Security, and Legal to deliver cohesive experiences
• Lead roadmap reviews and facilitate strategic tradeoffs
• Transform workflows by integrating AI into the core product experience

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in Product Management with Enterprise SaaS exposure
• Proven success leading platform products like CRM, marketing automation, or CDP
• Direct experience supporting large enterprise customers (e.g., Fortune 1000)
• Strong understanding of enterprise purchasing drivers: trust, compliance, and scalability
• Experience partnering with Sales and Customer Success on enterprise deals
• Ability to discuss system architecture, APIs, data models, and security standards
• Experience with complex data infrastructure or distributed systems
• Strong communication and storytelling skills
• Interest and experimentation with AI tools and workflows
