Senior Lead - Product Management

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end roadmap and execution for ZAIDYN Content, an agentic AI content intelligence product line for Pharma and Life Sciences.
• Conduct feature discovery and definition through structured voice-of-customer intake processes.
• Create and maintain a prioritized product roadmap, balancing business value with technical investment.
• Document detailed PRDs, Epics, and User Stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Manage product operations, including running sprints with product squads and maintaining a dev-ready backlog.
• Define product metrics to measure adoption and client win/loss outcomes.
• Partner with GTM teams to drive product rollout, enablement, and user adoption.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• 2+ years of experience delivering enterprise SaaS products with complex workflows.
• Hands-on experience with AI/LLM-powered products, including agentic workflows, prompt orchestration, and safety guardrails.
• S./M.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent technical discipline.
• Experience with enterprise content ecosystems and integrations (e.g., Veeva Vault PromoMats, DAM/CCMS, or Adobe Workfront).
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams including Engineering, AI/ML, Design, and Security.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex technical constraints into clear requirements.
