Senior Lead - Product Engineering

Responsibilities

• Analyze, execute, and streamline development and operations practices to improve efficiency.
• Automate manual processes and facilitate seamless development and operations workflows.
• Create and implement a DevOps channel across the entire organization.
• Set up continuous build environments to enable faster development and deployment cycles.
• Manage and review technical operations to ensure system scalability and security.
• Drive initiatives to minimize deployment failures, identify bottlenecks, and troubleshoot pipeline issues.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience in DevOps roles.
• Extensive experience with CI/CD automation and deployment tools.
• Strong expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Ansible, Jenkins, or Chef.
• Deep knowledge of containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Hands-on experience working within Amazon Web Services (AWS) environments.
• Proficiency in Linux/Unix environments and scripting languages including Python and Shell.
• Strong coding expertise in Java.
• Solid understanding of microservices deployment architecture and software testing methodologies.
