Senior Lead - Product Engineering

Responsibilities

• Analyze, execute, and streamline development and operations practices through automation.
• Facilitate development processes and operations by creating a DevOps channel across the organization.
• Set up continuous build environments to enable faster development and deployment.
• Manage and review technical operations to ensure system scalability and security.
• Drive initiatives to automate processes and minimize deployment failures.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in DevOps roles.
• Strong expertise in infrastructure automation tools (IaC) such as Ansible, Jenkins, or Chef.
• Deep expertise in containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Proficiency in Linux/Unix environments and scripting languages including Python and Shell.
• Expertise in Java coding.
• Strong understanding of microservices deployment architecture and CI/CD implementation.
• Experience designing and building solutions for data movement and processing.
