Senior Lead Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Experience Design team to deliver a unified design vision
• Understand product specifications and identify user touchpoints across multiple journeys
• Conduct stakeholder workshops to gather product insights and perform gap analysis
• Perform remote and on-site research and usability testing with real users
• Develop wireframes, task flows, and user journeys based on user needs and business goals
• Collaborate with strategists, art directors, engineers, and product managers to build intuitive software solutions
• Create, maintain, and iterate on core UX design deliverables throughout the product lifecycle
• Assist in creating final developer-ready UI screens using existing design systems

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience in UX Design or related fields
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices
• Proven experience in end-to-end digital product design
• Expertise in wireframing, user journey mapping, and stakeholder facilitation
• Ability to clearly communicate design decisions and collaborate across cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in Product Design, UX, UI, and Visual Design
