Senior Lead, People Partner

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Global People Partner and Business Leaders to drive HR initiatives for Global Operations in Singapore and Malaysia
• Collaborate with senior leaders to plan and execute people-related programs supporting business growth and strategic objectives
• Lead key initiatives regarding talent management, leadership development, organizational development, and culture transformation
• Drive the adoption and implementation of regional and global HR Center of Excellence (COE) programs
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to inform decision-making and enhance organizational performance
• Act as a trusted advisor to people managers, providing proactive support and anticipating business needs
• Promote positive employee relations and foster a healthy organizational environment

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
• At least 10 years of experience as a People Partner
• Proven exposure to Business Partnering and Center of Excellence (COE) models
• Excellent negotiation, leadership, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (both verbal and written)
• Strong organizational and project management skills with high attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the semiconductor, high-tech, or manufacturing industries
• Experience working within a Supply Chain environment
