Senior Lead Operational Risk Officer - AI Engineering

Responsibilities

• Drive the vision and execution of AI adoption across Corporate Risk, Control, and Technology teams.
• Develop robust technical capabilities and agentic AI workloads to drive tangible business insights.
• Provide companywide oversight and governance of integrated operational risk programs and initiatives.
• Identify potential business operational risks and develop innovative risk management solutions.
• Lead the implementation of complex, high-risk initiatives spanning multiple business lines.
• Consult with business leaders on corrective action plans and effective change management.
• Influence and negotiate with executive management and high-level stakeholders.
• Mentor less experienced staff and lead virtual teams to deliver business risk management transformations.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Operational Risk experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, or education.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, RAG pipelines, and agentic AI systems.
• Practical experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, vector databases, and orchestration.
• Experience establishing agentic AI workloads using frameworks such as LangGraph, Crew AI, Microsoft AutoGen, or LangChain.
• Experience with CI/CD processes and building integrations via Web Services (REST, SOAP, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience establishing large-scale technology platforms.
• 3-5 years of experience in orchestration engines, BPM, or Robotic-based automation.
• 2-4 years of experience with data warehousing and large-scale databases.
• Knowledge of Cyber Security, Application Development, and Infrastructure.
• Proven experience managing technology risk issues and developing risk metrics.
