Senior Lead

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineers in analyzing requirements and developing efficient software solutions.
• Oversee the analysis of customization requirements and lead the development of updates and code patches.
• Collaborate with software engineers to execute complex updates and provide expert technical guidance.
• Review updated software and coordinate with testing teams to ensure successful implementation and release.
• Lead application enhancement initiatives and implement architectural or system-wide changes.
• Support technical teams in risk assessment, mitigation strategies, and complex troubleshooting.
• Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions and mentor team members on coding best practices and technical excellence.
• Assist in pre-sales activities, including feasibility studies and technical consultations.

Requirements

• 6-8+ years of experience in software development.
• Proficiency in Java/J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, Oracle, WebLogic, JBOSS, jQuery, and Ajax.
• Strong knowledge of application architecture and system design.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, mentoring, and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Expertise in the Banking & Financial Services domain.
• Experience with automation testing tools.
